Free Shipping on Orders Over $149

Shipping Policy

If your order of qualifying products is $149 or more, you may qualify for Free Shipping.

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will be delivered by Standard ground only (expedited Shipping does not qualify)
  • Free Shipping is available to U.S. addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states
  • Packages will be shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

The following parts are excluded from free shipping

  • Suspension Parts
  • Tires
  • Wheels
  • Bumpers
  • Tire Carriers
  • Body Parts
  • Oversized items(greater than 50lbs)
  • Any items delivered by truck freight
  • Prior purchases and returns

Delivery Time

Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. Standard shipping may take 3-5 days till delivery.

Some orders may ship direct from the manufacturer and can be delayed within their shipping process. Some orders may also be sent from multiple locations. This requires that we ship items from the same order in more then one box. Note: All tool products ship from a different facility than our auto parts products.

3 day, 2 day and Next day shipping indicates the transit time after the shipping carrier has picked up the package from our facility. This does not include any processing time at our facilities.

Please verify your address in the checkout to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

We currently only ship to locations within the United States.

Pricing

Not all shipping quotes given online are accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly happens with orders placed outside the contiguous 48 states.

In the event that any additional shipping charges are required, we will attempt to contact you and your order may be held until approval of any charges.

Free Shipping

All tools that total more than $149 will ship for free, any auto parts included in the same order are subject to shipping charges.

On occasion, Anytime Tool and Auto may offer Free Shipping or discounted shipping on certain brands or products. These promotions are only available in the contiguous 48 states and exclude Hawaii, Alaska and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.

Warranty

Anytime Tool and Auto guarantees the quality of the products sold for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review any information that has been provided by the manufacturer. In the event that any product fails after 30 days from purchase please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

Return Policy

Anytime Tool and Auto will accept returns on all new merchandise.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please try to include all of the original packaging, Manuals and other materials that came with your order to avoid being penalized.

  • Within 30 days of invoice date you will receive a full refund and no restocking fees
  • After 30 days of invoice date you will receive a store credit and restocking fees
  • After 90 days of invoice date no returns or refunds will be accepted

Refunds exclude any labor, installation, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original packaging, cannot be damaged or installed and must be sent back in their original condition. All returns will need to be sent via prepaid freight and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts may not be returnable, Including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted or installed, electrical items and closeouts.

Please package all returns with sufficient padding especially any fragile items. We are not responsible for any products being returned to us that are damaged during shipment.

Pricing Policy

At Anytime Tool and Auto we do our best to ensure that the information that is viewed on our website is as accurate as possible. However, mistakes can occur. We do not warrant that all product information and any other content on this website to be entirely accurate, reliable, complete or error-free.

All items placed within your shopping cart should reflect the most recent price and is also displayed on the products detail page. Despite our best efforts some items may be mispriced. In the event of any mispricing we will take the following steps.

  • If the correct price is lower than our stated price we will charge the lower amount and ship the order.
  • If the correct price is higher than our stated price we will take the following steps.
  1. We will hold your order and we will attempt to contact you for any further instructions regarding your order.
  2. We will cancel your order and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately.
