Return Policy
Anytime Tool and Auto will accept returns on all new merchandise. No returns will be accepted on used products.
Order cancellations will be accepted up until the product has shipped.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please try to include all of the original packaging, Manuals and other materials that came with your order to avoid being penalized.
- Within 30 days of invoice date you will receive a full refund and no restocking fees
- After 30 days of invoice date you will receive a store credit and restocking fees
- After 90 days of invoice date no returns or refunds will be accepted
Return labels will be sent to the customer in a downloadable form. .
Refund Policy
Refunds exclude any labor, installation, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original packaging, cannot be damaged or installed and must be sent back in their original condition. All returns will need to be sent via prepaid freight and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
Certain parts may not be returnable, Including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted or installed, electrical items and closeouts.
Please package all returns with sufficient padding especially any fragile items. We are not responsible for any products being returned to us that are damaged during shipment. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
All refunds will processed and refunded back to the original form of payment used by the customer at time of purchase.
It will take 3-4 business days from the time the warehouse receives the returned product until the refund is issued.
Warranty
Anytime Tool and Auto guarantees the quality of the products sold for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review any information that has been provided by the manufacturer. In the event that any product fails after 30 days from purchase please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
